She was loving and loud, spreading a little chaos and kindness everywhere she went. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends, even those who only knew her a short while.
Ms. Ramsey is survived by her husband, William Kinard; daughter, Raylyn Faith Hamilton; son, Tristan James Kinard; daughter, Alyanna Grace Kinard; stepson, DaSean Kinard; nieces, Sarah, Peyton, Allyson, Carly; nephews, Jacob, Charlie; mother, Sherry O’Quinn; father, Ricky Ramsey; brother, Richard Adam Frady and wife, Jessica and sisters, Rebekah Isbell and husband, Chris and Samantha Brooke Garcia.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
