James Edward Putteet, 52, of Columbia, SC passed away Sunday Jan 8, 2023.
He was born and raised in Decatur, Indiana son of Wille Putteet and Sandra Harris. He was an avid golfer, Dallas Cowboys fan, and loved to cook for family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his Grandmother Cleo Wolfe, his parents Willie Putteet and Sandra Harris, and his brother Scott Putteet. James is survived by two brothers Roger Fertig(Margret) of warren Ohio and Robert Jones of warren Ohio. Sons Zachary Putteet(Jessi) of Indian Land, SC and Jerami Putteet of Indian Land, SC; fiancé Karen Whisenant of Columbia, SC; and one grandchild on the way.
A service to celebrate his life will be held at a later date.
