COLUMBIA Funeral service for Jacqueline “Jackie” Elizabeth Brittingham, 71, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 6, 2015, at Eason Memorial Baptist Church, Eastover, with burial in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8:00 p.m. Monday, January 5, 2015, at Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel.
Mrs. Brittingham died Saturday, January 3, 2015. Born in Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Jack and Margaret Goldsmith. She was a member of Shandon Baptist Church.
She is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Rev. Jerry L. Brittingham; daughters, Christie Peachey (David) of Huntersville, N.C., Amy Hatcher (Steve) of Dacula, Ga.; five grandchildren, Anna, Abby, Andrew, Britt and Jake.
