She was born in Biloxi, Mississippi on November 15, 1927.
Ms. Ragsdale enjoyed working in her yard and loved to laugh. Most of all, she was a loving mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her two sons, Larry and Ken (Diana); grandchildren, Michael (Sherri), Kim (Michael), Jennifer (Rocco) and Heather; great-grandchildren, Jeremy, Lauren and James and nieces, Marie and Nancy (Al). She was predeceased by her husband, Roy and son, Jim.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 29, 2021 at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 7100 Garners Ferry Road, Columbia, SC 29209.
