Elsa Mallon

COLUMBIA - Elsa Crane Mallon, 83, was born in Morristown, NJ October 2, 1929. (Near Madison NJ) She entered Heaven's gates on Saturday, August 3, 2013.

Elsa was a member at Grace United Methodist Church. Elsa was very proud to say she was a home health aide. She always loved to help others. She was a fantastic mom, grandma, great-grandma, wife, daughter and friend to all. She was the daughter of the late Theodore and Hazel Crane.

She was predeceased by her husband, Thomas Mallon, Sr., and her oldest son, Thomas Mallon, Jr. Elsa is survived by her son, Ted Mallon and his wife, Angie of Pelion, SC, son, Dan Mallon and his wife, Joann of Pawleys Island, SC. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, Jenny, Tracy, Amanda, Robin, Cayce, Joey, Courtney, TJ, Danielle and 11 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 6, 2013, from 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m. at Caughman- Harman Funeral Home, Irmo/St. Andrews Chapel, 5400 Bush River Road, Columbia, SC 29212 with funeral services to immediately follow the visitation at 2:00 p.m. with interment in Bush River Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
