Elizabeth Cantey Perry

COLUMBIA - A funeral service for Elizabeth Cantey “Lib” Perry, 89, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at Spring Valley Presbyterian Church. The family will receive friends following the service at the church. Entombment will be private in Greenlawn Mausoleum. Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel, is assisting the family.

Mrs. Perry died Sunday, June 24, 2018. Born in Greeleyville, SC, she was a daughter of the late William C. Cantey, Sr. and Daisy Baylor Cantey. She was a member of Spring Valley Presbyterian Church and had a rich history of service through the Women of the Church.

Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Stanley Wrenn Perry, Sr. and Ann of Columbia; daughter and son-in-law, Laine Perry and Bubba Dreher of Gray, GA.; grandchildren, Wrennie Perry Clinebelle and her husband, Chris, William Harold Perry and his wife, Lindsey, Stanley Wrenn Perry, Jr., Perry Clayton Dreher; five great grandchildren; a sister, Nina Cantey Bradley; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband, Harold W. Perry, a sister, Janie Lee Cantey Sutton and her brother, William C. Cantey, Jr.
