Danny Raymond Collins

He was preceded in death by his father, Percy R. Collins, and mother, Mildred E. (Meals) Collins, both of Huntingdon, TN. He is survived by brothers David (Rebecca) Collins, Lexington, KY, Terry (Janice) Collins, Gastonia, NC, Phil (Judy) Collins, Brentwood, TN, and one sister, Deana (Mike) Seimo, Hermitage, TN, along with many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Danny graduated from Colonial High School (1969), in Orlando, Florida, Florida Technological University (UCF) (1973), and the University of South Carolina College of Law where he received his J.D. in 1983. He retired from the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs office where he represented the best interests of the residents of South Carolina for over 27 years.

A memorial service will be held on November 12, 2022, at the Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel, in Columbia, S.C., with visitation from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 3:00 p.m. Lite Refreshment following after.
