Elgin - Crysty Lee Allen-Kelley, 67, passed away on July 11, 2024.
Private services will be held at a later date.
Crysty was a born October 25, 1956 in Portland, Maine to Linwood and Carolyn Moulton Marsh. She was a dedicated, loving wife and a devoted friend. Crysty was steadfast in her faith and was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church. She truly possessed a servant’s heart and help begin ministries for the homeless and seniors. She was loved by all that knew her and will be missed dearly.
In addition to her parents she is predeceased by her sister, Candy Campbell. Those left to cherish her memories include her husband, Timothy Kelley; three sons, Scott Allen, Charles Allen, Chad Allen and numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
