COLUMBIA – Claire Telnack Kraft, 92, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday November 9, 2016. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, November 14, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. at St. John Neumann Catholic Church with the Holy Rosary prayed prior to the Mass at 11:30 a.m. The family will receive friends following the service at the church. Burial will follow in Boca Raton, Florida on Thursday, November 17, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Boca Raton Mausoleum. Dunbar Funeral Home Northeast Chapel is assisting the family. Claire was born January 21, 1924 in Detroit, MI., to John and Anna Capitan Telnack. She was baptized at St. Anne’s Catholic Church and educated at St. Gabriel’s Elementary and Holy Redeemer High School ’42. Mrs. Kraft was a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist and attended Mercy College of Detroit. In 1964, she married Dr. Raymond Burton Kraft and moved to Boca Raton, Fla., where she was very active in her church. Mrs. Kraft had a remarkable zest for life; she enjoyed dancing, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. Survivors include her daughter, Janice Kraft Harper (Ralph), four grandchildren, Elizabeth, Theresa, Raymond, Maggie, sister, Anne Rosinski (Gene), brothers, Father Methodius (Richard) and Jack Telnack.
