COLUMBIA - A memorial service for Christopher Michael Freeman, 49, will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, April 14, 2024 at Dunbar Funeral Home, Northeast Chapel. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
Christopher went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 6, 2024. Born in Syracuse, New York, he was a son of Sylvia Snell Graham. A graduate of Nottingham High School in New York, he received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix. He served as a sergeant in the U.S. Army for 13 years with 3 tours in Iraq and one in Korea, and worked as an IT specialist. Christopher was a member of the Thunderguards MC in Aiken, SC.
Surviving are his wife, Betty Freeman; sons, Christopher Freeman, Jr., Jaylin Gentry, and Patrick McNeill, Jr.; daughters, Zaria Freeman and Caralinda Muniz; granddaughter, Irie Muniz; his mother, Sylvia Snell Graham and stepfather, Leonard Graham; and brothers, Ernest “Nes” Snell and Marquez “Compton” Johnson.
