Aurora G. Koehler

Funeral Services for Aurora Aidelaide Garcia Koehler of Columbia will be held at 12:00 p.m. Monday, March 1, 2010 at Greenlawn Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow in Greenlawn Serenity Gardens. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. Monday morning until the beginning of the service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Koehler died Thursday, February 25, 2010. Born in Manila, Philippines in 1928; she was the daughter of the late Manuel Garcia and Maria Louisa Martinez Garcia. She was predeceased by her loving husband of fifty four years, Jacob Robert Koehler and her son Mario Cabanero.

Surviving are her daughters, Julie Tuvilla and her husband Fred of the Philippines, Marie Terens and her husband Jan of Leesville, SC, Anna Koehler of Columbia, SC, Grace Salter and her husband Capt. Ivor Salter of England, Sam Bellamy of Columbia, SC and Bien Koehler of Columbia, SC; sons, Fredrick Koehler and his wife Teresa of Lexington, SC and John Koehler of Columbia, SC; grandchildren, Eric Tuvilla, Jasmin Tuvilla, Ashley Williamson, Jae Koehler, Kelly Suggs and her husband Vince, Geronimo Tuvilla, John Williamson, Christopher Tuvilla and Winston Koehler; great-grandchildren, Casey Anderson and Abigayle Suggs; and a host of other loving relatives and friends that will all miss her dearly.
