Annie Corley Jeffcoat

CAYCE - Graveside service for Annie Corley Jeffcoat, 98, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 16, 2014, in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Mrs. Jeffcoat died Saturday, September 13, 2014. Born in Saluda County, she was a daughter of the late Adoniron Judson Corley and Amanda Elvira Harmon. She retired after 30 years in the Social Security Administration and was a member of the First Baptist Church of West Columbia. Surviving are her sons, Tim Jeffcoat (Mary) of Gilbert, S.C., Michael Jeffcoat of Cayce, S.C.; sisters, Sarah Dent, Barbara Hyman both of Florence, S.C.; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband of 64 years, Richard Lee Jeffcoat; sisters, Blanche Wallace, Carrie Lee Wilson, Marilyn (Pete) Rogers; brothers, Adoniron Corley, William Corley and Henry Corley. The family wishes to thank Kay James, R.N. of Tri-County Hospice, Chaplin Tobie Pollock, and Diana Milner. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Tri-County Hospice, 166 Stoneridge Drive, Suite 100, Columbia, SC 29210. Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel, will be assisting the family.
