Alice Miller Koss

Ms. Koss passed away on Wednesday, February 16, 2022. Born in Louisville, Kentucky, she was a daughter of the late Oliver Bruce Miller and Carrie Manaman Miller. She was a registered nurse, mostly working in pediatrics, and retired in home health. An avid cyclist, she was a member of Carolina Cyclers and participated in charitable cycling events such as BRAG – Bicycle Ride Across Georgia. Alice was also a foodie. She was strong willed, independent, well-loved, outspoken, and generous.

Surviving are her daughters, Michele D’Antonio (Brett) and their children, Daniel (21), Joseph (20), and Alexandra (17), Mycah Koss and her children, Brad (22), and Ella (19); sisters, Anne White (Coy) and her children, Paul and Steven, and Sue Killoy (Kevin) and her children, Amy (Chris) and Thomas (Meghan); and sister-in-law, Karen Kalutz and her children, Nicholas and Van.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a local food bank or animal rescue of one’s choice.
