Norma Jean Stovall, of Columbia, MS, passed away Monday, November 11, 2019 at the age of 86. Jean has been a resident of Columbia for the past 64 years and retired from Pioneer Aerospace in 2016 after 51 years of employment. She was an active member of East Columbia Baptist Church. Jean will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who was totally devoted to her family and found her greatest joy in watching her grandchildren and great-grandchildren participate in all of their activities. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Don Stovall; parents, Marshall and Gussie Bracey; two sisters, Marie May and Mary Andreacchio; and a brother, Buddy Bracey. Jean is survived by a daughter, Donna Haddox and her husband Stanley; a son, Mike Stovall and his wife, Lela; a sister, Donis Craft and her husband, Albert; two grandchildren, Nicki Haddox and Jeffrey Haddox and his wife Ashley; three great-grandchildren, Hallie Haddox, Camryn Haddox and J.P. Haddox; and numerous nieces and nephews. The visitation for Jean will be on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm at Colonial Funeral Home. The service will be at 11:00am on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 in the funeral home chapel officiated by Doctor Bryant Barnes. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery assisted by Jeffrey Haddox, Daven Bracey, Derek Bracey, Kerry Craft, Buz Craft, Dude Stovall, Tra Stovall, and Bobby Bracey serving as pallbearers.
