Leslie Ann Ballard, of Columbia, Mississippi, passed away on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at the age of 78. She was born in Gulfport, Mississippi to William and Joyce Hull and was a graduate of Gulfport High School. Leslie attended Delta State University before settling in Hattiesburg, Mississippi where she worked as a realtor for many years. In 2004, she moved with her husband to Columbia. Leslie enjoyed arts and crafts, antiquing, and auctions.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Linda Thames; a daughter, Meri Michelle Ballard; and her beloved husband, Darlton “Mac” Ballard, Jr. Leslie is survived by two sons, Gregg (Amanda) Ballard and Brandon (Courtney) Ballard; a sister-in-law, Sandra McQuagge; grandchildren, Geoff Ballard, Chelsea Ballard, Sydney Ballard-Belyaeva, Ryan Ballard, Zaylee McMichael, Gregory Ballard, Jr., and Aaliyah Sheikh.
The funeral services for Leslie will be private.
