Gilbert Junior Johnson, a lifelong resident of Columbia, passed away Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at the age of 80. He was preceded in death by six sisters and two brothers. He is survived by a sister, Helen Lowe and numerous nieces and nephews. The visitation will be from 9:30am until 10:30am on Monday, August 26, 2019 at Colonial Funeral Home. A procession will depart the funeral home at 10:30am to travel to the Community Church of the Lord Jesus Christ for a graveside service at 11:00am. Burial will follow.
