Barbara Ann “MawMaw” Manor, age 74 passed away Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at Merit Health Wesley in Hattiesburg, MS. She was a longtime resident of Kokomo, MS and worked 25 years for various furniture manufacturing companies including Orleans Furniture in Columbia, MS. Barbara was of the Methodist faith and loved her family, especially her great-grandchildren.
Ms. Manor was preceded in death by her parents, Robert “Bobby” Breeland and Jimmie Lee Smith Breeland; brothers, Johnny Breeland, and Allen Breeland; and sister-in-law, Faye Breeland. Survivors include her son, Paul Jones (Joanie) of Casper, WY; a sister, Judy Nava (Efego) of Batesville, AR; seven brothers, Milton Breeland of London, AR, Billy Breeland (Barbara) of Sandy Hook, MS, Harry Breeland (Cathy) of Columbia, Donald Breeland of Monticello, MS, Glen Breeland of Foxworth, MS, Herbert Breeland of Sandy Hook, and David Breeland (Soyna) of Tylertown, MS; two grandchildren, Savannah Holmes (Austin), and Brittany Sartin (Bryan), both of Columbia; two step-grandchildren, Shelby McRee of Laramie, WY, and Lauren McRee of Caper, WY; five great-grandchildren, Logan Ly, Kylie Ly, Braylen Sartin, Bryson Sartin, and Grayson Holmes; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
The visitation for Barbara will be from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Friday, November 19, 2021 at Colonial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday at 10:00 AM in the funeral home chapel with Reverend Ricky Ryals presiding. Burial will follow at Hopewell Cemetery assisted by Austin Holmes, Bryan Sartin, Logan Ly, David Breeland, Herbert Breeland, and Donald Breeland serving as pallbearers and Barbara’s great-grandchildren as honorary pallbearers.
