Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM on Monday, May 1, 2017 at Memorial Funeral Home. Graveside service will be at 12:00 PM on Monday, May 1, 2017 at Boonesboro Cemetery.
Phillip was born on October 17, 1948 in Hannibal, MO the son of Joseph and Wanda (Bevell) Buckman. He was married on October 20, 1992 in Bullhead City, AZ to Patricia L. Miller who preceded him in death on June 3, 2001. He owned and operated Buckman Electric in Columbia, MO.
Survivors include: his mother, Wanda Adams; three brothers, Patrick Buckman, Craig Buckman and Roger Buckman; three sisters, Marian Jean Abbott, Susan Saunders and Gerri Moore and several nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by his father, Joseph Buckman.
