Nancy G. Coleman, 69, of Columbia passed away on Wednesday, October 25, 2017, at home surrounded by family. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at Memorial Funeral Home. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. She was born on December 22, 1947, in Boone County, Missouri, the daughter of Vivian Silas and Emogene (Sullivan) Burks, both of whom preceded her in death. She was married on December 18, 1998, in Fulton, Missouri, to Charles Coleman, who survives at the home. Nancy worked as a Senior Accountant in System Accounting for the University of Missouri. She worked there over 38 years, from August 1968 to September 2002. She enjoyed scrapbooking and crafts in her spare time. She loved spending time with family, especially her kids and grandkids, and loved her two Yorkies, Chloe and Tess. Besides her husband, she is survived by: her children: Gary Wayne Acton (Angie) of Versailles; Leslea White of Columbia; stepchildren: Rocky Coleman (Jeanne) of Fulton; Garth Coleman (Cherie) of Hallsville; Blake Coleman of Jefferson City; Holly Anderson of Ashland; Rachael Sutton (Chris) of Columbia; and Stuart Coleman of Kansas City; grandchildren: Trisha, Camryn, Zane, Drake, Chase, Slade, Tawnie, Megan, Kelly, Katy, Amy, Cari, Hope, Grace, Luke, Blake, Lucas, Cooper, Lexi, and Payton; 9 great grandchildren; two sisters, Sandra Lee (Walker) of Fulton; and Phyllis Crawford (Charles) of Columbia.
