Jenny Lou Nichols

There will be a Graveside Service at Noon on Friday, April 25, 2025 in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Jenny was born on April 2, 1951, in Kirksville, Missouri, the daughter of Donald Eugene Sefrit and Sally Lou Maize Sefrit both of whom preceded her in death. On August 13, 1971, in Columbia, she was united in marriage to Terry Nichols who survives.

She attended school in Kirksville where she is remembered for being an outstanding cheerleader and dancer. She attended Girl's State during these years. Upon moving to Columbia, she was first employed by MFA before embarking on a career with the phone company when it was named GTE. She retired from the company after 41 year of dedicated service. When she wasn't working, she was spending time with her large racing family.

Weekends were spent going to races with her husband of 52 years and their girls. She will be remembered as a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, and caring friend.

Jenny is survived by her husband: Terry, her daughters: Kimberly (Brandon) Imhoff: Stephanie Nichols; two granddaughters: Laityn Imhoff; Maizie Imhoff; one brother: Jim (Sue) Sefrit of Weldon Spring, MO and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.
