Franceen E. Foster passed away peacefully April 11, 2021, surrounded by her family. She was born July 24, 1948, the daughter of Edna Mae Legg and Francis Vincent Hernandez in the city of Pawnee, Oklahoma. She attended Arkansas City Kansas High School.
Franceen is preceded in death by her parents and siblings. She is survived, by her husband, John W. Foster, they were married October 17, 1965, in Wichita, Kansas. She is also survived by their two children, Michelle R. Nittler (Bob) of Hallsville, Missouri, and John L. Foster (Jean) of St. Joseph, Missouri and by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was a member of Centerpoint Church.
The family will receive visitors at 10:30 am up until the time of the funeral service at 11:30 am Friday, April 16, 2021 at Memorial Funeral Home, 1217 Business Loop 70 W, Columbia, MO 65202. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
