A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, May 5, 2016, at 10am at Memorial Funeral Home.
She was born on January 25, 1949 in Warrensburg, MO, to Harold and Vanitta (Torrance) Bayless. She married Vencil Don Snell in 1970.
Charlene is preceded in death by her parents, husband Vencil, and sister Ronnie. She is survived by her son Donald; step-daughters Laura, Lisa, and Virginia (Ginny); siblings Barbara and Brett; 4 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
