Billie Joanne Andrews

Joanne was born on December 8, 1932 in Bucklin, Missouri the daughter of Morton Albert Anderson and Thelma Alta (Cannon) Anderson. On September 5, 1954 she was united in marriage to Paul Andrews who survives.

Joanne was a devoted mother and wife. She was a library clerk at Two-Mile Prairie Elementary School for 28 years. She and Paul were active members at Olivet Christian Church. She enjoyed reading, gardening and traveling with her family and especially her sisters.

Joanne is survived by her husband: Paul; one daughter: Paula (Greg Heck) of Pleasant Hill, MO; two grandchildren: Stuart (Lexi) Heck; Andrew (Angela) Heck; four great grandchildren: Robert; Lucy; Anniston; Amara; five siblings: Jane Daugherty; Rosemary (Robert) Taylor; Bob (Veda) Anderson; John (Ann) Anderson; Susan Anderson (Larry) Lane; two sisters-in-law; Sharon Anderson; Margerie Anderson; one brother in-law: Gene Anderson; and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; one son: Edwin Andrews; two brothers: Jack Anderson; David Anderson; one sister: Martha Anderson and one brother-in-law: Leck Dougherty.
