Adalyn Marie Smith, 2 months old, of Columbia, MO passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2015. She was born on May 1, 2015 in Columbia, the daughter of William Smith and Carly Baker.
Survivors include her parents; paternal grandparents, John Baker and Tonya Walters; maternal grandparents, Dorothy Greening and Billy Baker; sister, Jordyn Smith; brother, Landyn Freeman.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm, Thursday, July 23, 2015 at Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 1:00-2:00 at the funeral home.
