On June 17, 2013, THELMA WITHROW STEETS passed away. She is the beloved wife of the late Richard Joseph Steets; dear sister of Jackie Whitehead; sister-in-law of Sally Steets; loving mother of Dorothy Steets Azouz, Eileen Steets Buchanan and husband William Buchanan III, Andrea Steets Ingram and husband Jeffrey Ingram, Richard Joseph Steets, Jr. and wife Jennifer Curran Steets, Michael Withrow Steets and wife Millicent Steets, Paul Anthony Steets and Katherine Theresa Steets; cherished grandmother of Tarik Azouz, Lila Azouz, Kacim Azouz, David M. Munday, Sean C. Munday, Bryan Reeves, Katherine Myers, Darcey Ingram, Roxanne Steets, Selene Steets, Jackson Steets, Pearl Steets, Ryan Steets, Ben Steets, Paige Steets, Kaitlin Steets, Emily Munroe and Sam Munroe; devoted great grandmother of Mercer Buechner, Alexia Munday and Keelan Munday.

Family will receive friends on Saturday, June 29th from 1-2PM at WITZKE FUNERAL HOMES, INC.; 5555 Twin Knolls Road; Columbia, MD 21045; where a funeral service will be held at 2PM. Interment at a later date in Cape Coral, FL. For those desiring, memorial donations may be made in her honor to a charity of your choice.
