Rudolf Apodaca

On April 10, 2012, Rudolf Apodaca, loving husband of Margaret O’Rourke passed away peacefully. A member and staff of Hobbits Glen Golf Course for the last 20 years. Retired from a career with the Food and Drug Administration. He was Veteran of the Korean War. Dedicated and loving father of Gilbert R. Apodaca and wife Gale, Ginny Chadwick and husband Brian, Carla Trevizo and husband Alberto, and Denise Rosenberg and husband Jeff. Oldest brother of Sylvia Metz, Joe Apodaca, Madeline Sherman, and the late Arthur Apodaca. Grandfather of Tony, Christine, Mario, Doug, Nico, Alex, Denise, Ross, Brynn, Sam, Rosalie, and Cecelia. Son-in-law of Kathleen C. O’Rourke. He is also survived by many friends and neighbors.

Family will receive friends at Witzke Funeral Homes, Inc., 5555 Twin Knolls Rd., Columbia, MD 21045 on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm. Services will be held at St. Louis Catholic Church, 12500 Clarksville Pike, Clarksville, MD 21029 on Wednesday at 11am in the Chapel. Inurnment Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
