It is with deepest sorrow that we commit to writing what most by now already know: Since Sunday 28 May 2023, Joseph “Joby” McParland’s wheelchair sits empty. Joby was a beloved son, brother, grandson, uncle, family member, homeschool community character, and friend.In his brief 22 years, we witnessed him become a young man in his own right. He will be remembered and he will be loved. Always.

A receiving of friends for Joseph will be held Friday, July 28, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Witzke Funeral Homes Inc., 5555 Twin Knolls Road, Columbia, MD 21045, followed by a memorial service at 12:00 PM.
