Former Rialto resident Virginia Mary Collins, 97, died on March 15, 2018, in Palm Desert, California. She was born on December 9, 1920, in St Louis, Missouri to Clarence F Easley and Lora M. Moore-Easley.
She was a loving mother of six children by her first husband Donald F. Loukos (pre-deceased), two sons, Michael F. Loukos (Cherrie) and Peter G. Loukos; four daughters, Kathleen McIntosh (Jack pre-deceased), Deborah Dybowski, ( Douglas), Pamela Clark, (Tom), Christine Menicucci, (Michael). She leaves with cherished memories of her five grandsons: Eric Dalpiaz, Gregory Mitchum, Joseph, Jonathan and Jacob Menicucci and five granddaughters; Noelle Sheble, Karen McGhee, Melissa Guellar, Wendy Umphress, Laura Duffy and 15 great- grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
Mrs. Collins is survived by her two brothers, Thomas R. Easley (Rialto, CA) and John C. Easley (Mary) (Northern California) and one sister, Dorothy Fromm (Corona, CA).
Mrs. Collins was preceded in death by her husband Robert H. Collins, two brothers, Carroll Easley, William Easley and one sister, Marge Mc Murray.
Mrs. Collins lived in Rialto, California for 48 years. She was a member of St. Thomas More/ Blessed John XXIII and St. Catherine of Siena Parishes. She was a Regent and District Deputy of the Catholic Daughters, Court Our Lady of the Way, Rialto, California. She served on the St. Thomas More Parish Council; Past President of Toastmaster- Rialto, California; Secretary for the World Apostolate of Our Lady of Fatima San Bernardino Diocese Council; a Bishop Stralling Graduate. She was also a new member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Mrs. Collins was a California Real Estate Broker in Rialto, California for approximately 40 years.
Mrs. Collins will be remembered for her love of board games, travel and spending time with her family and friends.
