Victor was born on September 30, 1952, to Victor Guitron and Ruth Guitron (De La Rosa) at San Bernardino Community Hospital in San Bernardino, CA.
Victor graduated from Colton High School in 1970 and worked at Kaiser Steel for several years. Victor later went onto work as a machinist at Baldwin Corp. installing and repairing newspaper printing presses. During this time, Victor was fortunate enough to travel across the United States, British Columbia, and Australia.
