In 1964, Ron Browning and I started out together as box boys at Sages Market, Baseline & E St., San Bernardino.  Ron was bigger than I was but we both really hustled --  we were both promoted to grocery checker.  ($2.50/hr. to $5.00/hr.)  We were in the Retail Clerks Union and we were really on our way.  Look out world here we come.  Through all of the years with our wives Suzanne & Pamela and the kids and college and careers, I never knew a nicer man than Ron Browning.  I will miss him.  Rest in Peace.

My deepest condolences to Mrs. Browning and family.  I was introduced to Ron in 2007 by my NYL agent. My initial thought of him was "very professional, a kind humble man with a jolly smile who knew his stuff" Whenever I called Ron he always took the time  to returned my call and answer all my questions.  It was always a pleasure talking and laughing with him.  He will truly truly be missed.

To the Browning Family,
I just found out today of Ron's passing.  My deepest condolences.  I was referred to Ron about 15 years ago from a friend and he continued to do my taxes until I received a call from his wife that he was ill.  In most cases I only saw Ron once a  year he always had a warm welcome and a smile on his face.

I was lucky enough to get to work with Ron, at Omnitrans.  We worked in different buildings, but I looked forward to seeing him whenever I could.  He always had such a bright smile and almost always had on a  "creative" tie!  He just wasn't one for the plain: solid or boring patterned ties (or personality). 
Thank goodness!

Since he left Omni, I'd only see him once a year, to take our tax info to him, but I still looked forward to seeing him!  
I will miss that big bright smile and the hugs that I would get!
I will miss Ron, but I was SO blessed to know him!
