Roberto Deniz

Roberto Deniz Soto was born on June 20th, 1952, in Pewamo, Jalisco, to parents Jesus Calleros Deniz and Maria De Jesus Soto and passed away at Loma Linda University Medical Center on April 16th, 2022. Roberto and his wife moved to California in 1974 and called Moreno Valley home. Roberto is survived by his wife, 4 children, 3 daughters-in-law, 3 grandchildren, 6 siblings and 5 dogs.

Roberto loved everyone he met; he was an avid vegan and loved all animals. What he most enjoyed was being with his family and laughing. He retired at 52, during retirement he enjoyed camping, growing fruits and vegetables in the back yard, and spending time with all 5 of his dogs. Roberto enjoyed being grandpa to 3 girls, ages 20, 9, and recently 5 months, who called him “Papa.” Roberto took great joy when his children came to visit. Roberto enjoyed spending time with his wife listening to the Beatles, Credence Clear Water Revival, or any Rock and Roll. Roberto was fortunate to have a huge family who loved him dearly, Roberto was also loved by many friends. We ask that you think of Roberto the next time you hear a Beatles or a Credence Clear Revival song.
