Roberto Moreno .

Roberto was born on July 14, 1926 in Ica, Peru to his mother Juana Almestar and father Ricardo Moreno. He graduated from the University of San Marcos School of Medicine in 1959. Most of his career was spent working as a psychiatrist at Patton State Hospital in Highland California. He married his soulmate Cecilia Moreno in Peru and they had a son, Robert Moreno. He also had three daughters Patricia Moreno Abril, Natalia Ah Yo, and Karla Justiniano.

Roberto had a passion for music, reading, and traveling to the Amazon jungle. He was a man of strong faith and spent many Sundays playing music with his church choir during services. He was known for his wisdom, humor, and had a deep love for family.

Roberto was proceeded in his death by his mother Juana Almestar, father Ricardo Moreno, and wife Cecilia Moreno. He is survived by his son Robert, his daughters Patricia, Natalia, and Karla, and his grandchildren Karen, Robert Anthony, Akemy, Daniel, Miriah, Kaitlyn, Dayton, Madison, Malachai, and Xavier Nahoa.

A viewing will be held on August 7, 2023 from 4-8 pm at Montecito Memorial Park and Mortuary and a mass service will be held on August 8 , 2023 at 10 am at St. Joseph the Worker Church in Loma Linda California.
