Rafael (Ray) Feldmann, Age 72, passed away on February 4, 2020. Ray was born July 14, 1947, in Haifa, Israel to Arthur Feldmann and Helen Feldmann and became a naturalized citizen of the United States on July 12, 1965.
On March 20, 1967, he joined the United States Air Force and was honorably discharged on March 19, 1971. From June 1972 and for 28 years thereafter, Ray was employed as a Correctional Officer for the State of California, during which time he founded the nonprofit organization International Brotherhood of Peace Officers and was the President and CEO until his death.
Ray is survived by his wife, Diane Feldmann; son Dustin Feldmann; sister Dorith Stamm; grandson Travis Feldmann; and granddaughter Alyssa Feldmann.
Cremation service was held on March 1, 2020, at Montecito Park in Colton, California.
