Passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, surrounded by her daughters, July 21, 2013. She was 89 years old. She lived in her home at 141 East 49th Street, San Bernardino, California for over 57 years.
Polly was born in Imboden, Arkansas on January 10, 1924. Her parents were John and Nancy Halcom. Polly had three sisters and one brother, all deceased. She is now reunited with them all blessed be. Polly is survived by her four children; Suzanne Kennard (Raeburn), Jim Weir (Julie), Rita-Kay Weir, and Sondra Theodore.
Polly was a loving grandmother to 10 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Polly spent many years in devoted, unselfish service to others. She was a volunteer at the Community Hospital for over 38 years putting in close to 20 thousand hours of loving service.
Polly was also a champion bowler and had the joy of bowling a 299 game in one of her tournaments. One of her proudest moments was when she was inducted into the St. Louis Hall of Fame, because of this feat.

We will miss singing with you mom.
A private memorial will be held July 29, 2013 at 10am,
Interment will be at Montecito Memorial Park.
Anyone who knew Pauline, loved her giving nature, she was a friend that could be counted on. Anyone who knew Pauline and wishes to honor her life is welcome to join the family on this, her last celebration on earth.
