Olivia De Leon went home peacefully with our Heavenly Father on April 11, 2024. Born in Anaheim, CA, she lived most of her life in Redlands. She was a loving daughter, mother and grandmother and a best friend to all. She attended Sacred Heart Parochial School in Redlands as a child and was a 1941 graduate of Redlands High School. She worked for the Redlands Unified School District for many years as a Community Aide Worker helping many families in the Redlands area.
She was a dedicated member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church where she was a member of the Posada Group and Rosary Group. These groups were like family, spending much time together in prayer and the celebration of the birth of baby Jesus.
Olivia is preceded in death by her husband Edward De Leon, loving parents Michael & Ruth Quintana and beloved son Tracy De Leon and daughter-in-law Deborah De Leon whom she missed immensely.
She is survived by her son Mark De Leon, wife Karen of Lacey WA, her daughter Lorraine Loera, husband Sonny of Redlands; seven grandchildren, Anita Mendez (Johnny) and Anthony De Leon (Debra) of Redlands, Sunny-Marie Loera and Michael Loera (Jaylene) of Highland, Jacqueline De Leon of Yucaipa and Marissa De Leon of Seattle WA, Jeramy De Leon (Brooke) and Erika Martin (Jeff) of WA; and 16 great-grandchildren whom she loved dearly.
