Mike Alanis, a loving husband, a committed father, and a loyal friend, passed on the be with God on March 24, 2021. He is now watching over the Love Of His Life, Lollie Alanis, whom they enjoyed 48 years of marriage. His daughter, Michelle, and his two sons Michael and Ruben. His grandchildren Stephanie, Matthew, Alex, Xavier and Aubrey.
Mike was known for his commitment to being a great family man and a loyal friend. He was an impactful man. Always willing to help others and bring people together. He spent countless hours at the ballpark watching his children and grandchildren play ball. Supported his granddaughter Stephanie’s cheer squad and Aubrey’s soccer team. He made time to enjoy his marriage with his wife. They worked together everyday after retirement, keeping up with the yard he was so proud of. They took many trips together, danced at concerts, and saw the beautiful sights of Alaska. His friends adored him. Endless laughs and funny stories always were the theme with his friends.
Husband, Dad, Grandpa, or Friend. Whomever you knew him as, we are grateful for the time God allowed us to have with him. He lived a life that most men only dream of. We Love you and know you will always be watching over us. We will always “Stop and smell the roses”.
