My heart goes out to the Estrada Family . Lucy was a long time friend from back in the day's . We had great times together and always hung out on the week-ends and went dancing. At Christmas she always would make Posole and all her friends would go and she would just makes us feel so welcomed . She always made us laugh and had a great smile. RIP Dear Lucy .

I was sadden ro hear of Lucy's passing.  My condolences to the Estrada family.  I went to school with Lucy and when I heard of her passing I took out my annuals out of the closet  and memories of Lucy and all the things we did put a smile on my face and tears in my eyes.  Lucy was a good and special friend - always listening and managing to make me laugh,  no matter how sad I was. Again, my condolences to the Estrada family.

Rest in Peace sweet, Lucy! You accomplished more than most on this earth; you gave caring guidance to the students that you worked with, and you worked well with the staff of GV. I remember our many talks. May you fly with the Angels!

It was my pleasure to work with Lucy for 13 years at Golden Valley Middle School. She was one of the sweetest and kindest people I've ever known, and she touched the lives of thousands of children.

My deepest sympathy to the Estrada children and family, your mother was a special lady. I'll never forget how sweet and funny she is. She always welcomed me. Raymond always talked about his Nina Lucy. She was loved by many. May you all be blessed during this hard time.

My heart goes out to the Estrada family.  Lucy worked in my classroom for a couple of years many, many years ago.  I am so sad to hear this news since she just recently retired and told me about all her plans during her retirement.  Prayers to the family.

 I am so saddened by Mrs. Estrada's passing.  She was such a terrific and dedicated help to me in our ESL Class. Her assistance was so very instrumental to the success of many of our students..........MrG

There are no words that would adequately express the deep sense of grief at the loss of such a wonderful sister.  She touched my life from the first time I met her when I was l5 years old.  She never lost touch with me nor did she ever lose her good sense of humor and her deep love and loyalty to family.  My heart goes out to Michael, Francine, Paul, Fonso and their families.  I know she loved you all deeply and without reservation. I also know she was a woman of faith and I have no doubt she had an amazing journey home.  My heart is deeply saddened but comforted by the blessing I was given in meeting Lucy 43 years ago. You my sister left footprints on my heart and soul and I will always be grateful.
