My deepest condolences to the whole family. I was saddened by this news of Joe’s passing….my memory of him was when he came to El Paso with Sandra & my other cousins, years ago, but I can’t remember the occasion…..anyway, i remember Joe with his big happy smile & a big mug of coffee. Oh how he loved his coffee. I believed it was black coffee. He was a very happy & sweet man.  The day he  went to be with the Lord, I wrote on my calendar”Joe Vargas Day”. Thank you primo for being so good to mi prima Sandra. And for being a great dad to your children (my  cousins). Joe was always so hospitable when we would go visit. Ready to serve us coffee. I believe that was his favorite. 💕 I also knew when they would stop by our home, I made sure we had coffee ready for Joe.  Going to miss him. 💔💔
