Inez Hernandez was born on January 21st 1967 in Mexicali Baja California. Inez passed away December 28th 2013 at the age of 46 in Redlands California. She is survived by; her parents Jose and Maria Valenzuela, her husband Pablo, four adult children; three boys and a daughter, four grandchildren; Isaac, Eric, Amaya and Ace, her brother Carlos, sister’s Adriana, Carmen, Rosita and Anabell, and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Her parents Jose and Maria move from Mexicali to Los Angeles in 1972 when Inez was 5 years old. Inez attended school in Los Angeles. Inez being the oldest of the girls would care for her brother and sisters. As an adult she continued to care for her family. Inez met Pablo, fell in love and got married in Mexicali in 1981. Pablo and Inez resided in Mexicali for a short while after they married. In 1983 they move back to LA to have their first son. She then had her second son in 1986, and then another son in 1988, and in 1992 finally her little girl. Inez was so happy when she had her little girl, since she already had her three boys.
Inez and Pablo decided to move their family to Redlands in 1997. Since then all her children graduated high school and two of her boys graduated college. She was blessed with her four grandchildren. She enjoyed every moment with her grand babies.
Inez love to decorate her home and hang out and shop with her sisters. She loved to find hidden treasures in the yard malls as she called them. Inez always made sure she was well dressed. She would make sure her sister’s would not go anywhere without looking decent. Her saying was I rather be late than ugly. Her favorite times were girl’s night out and trips to the ocean with her family. She enjoyed going to Puerto Penasco and Ensenada Mexico. Inez love to sing, especially Jenni Rivera music. She went to her concerts as much as she could. On one occasion Inez purchased a seat in the back row and thru jumping barricades and trying to avoid security she managed to get herself to the front row. Inez always made sure she had a blast. She lived for the moment and made sure everyone around her would to.
Inez was a generous person; she planed and coordinated all the family events. She enjoyed bringing the family together. Inez would enjoy cooking for the family. She was an amazing cook. Her favorite dishes were ceviche and carne asada.
Inez was beautiful, generous, unique, unselfish, lovable, outgoing, a joker, enthusiastic and especially unpredictable. Her proudest moments in life were all her grandchildren births and helping her boys getting through college. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, aunt, cousin and friend.
