She was born to parents Paul and Theresa Paquette, on 02/04/1939 in Rochester, New Hampshire.
After finishing High school, Gloria had many different careers including being a Supervisor with Aetna Heath care for 25 years.
She retired from Aetna Health Insurance Company in 2000 and enjoyed retirement with her husband Gary.
Gloria really loved Music, along with a Passion for singing, and many times, when out with friends and family, got on stage and “ wowed the crowd”. She also loved to cook many dishes from old family recipes, and was very gifted at doing so. Another love was her little dogs, too many to mention here, but all were loved the same. Mom always enjoyed scenic road trips & travel. But most of all, her family were her greatest passion, along with her many friends who she always made time for throughout her life. She never forgot anyone who became a part of her life, no matter how big or small that part may have been. If you became a part of Gloria’s life, you became a part of a unbreakable bond in that life. Gloria became a Manager for Angles Hardware in Riverside, at a time when a woman being manager was mostly unheard of. She was a powerhouse as to being driven to succeed, and soon after became a Spokesperson and Supervisor for “Luncheon is Served” as well as helping the Senior communities of many inland empire areas. Soon after, Gloria started her career for Aetna Health care, and with hard work and determination became a Supervisor for the Company until her retirement.
Gloria met Gary Winn in 1962, when they both worked for Smith Bros Markets in Glen Avon. They fell madly in love and were married in 1963, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Together they raised 2 children, sons Paul & Jimmy Winn.
Gloria is survived by Paul (Son), Sara (Daughter in law), James (Son), Dora (Daughter in law), Grandchildren Christina, Nicholas & Natasha, Her beloved sister Lorraine Neumen, Aunt Margaret, and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
