Franklin R. Bartlett 86, was born in Ireton, Iowa. He has resided in San Bernardino for over 50 years. He was proudest of serving the SB Fire Dept. for 27 years. He was a wonderful friend, father and grandfather who will be forever missed. He is survived by two daughters, Debra Rauk and Tammy Horecka. Nine Grand-children Nathan and Thomas Rauk, Robyn Rosales, Donald Horecka Jr, Trista, Jeffery, Kelsey, Misty, and Cheyenne Horecka. Four great grand-children Jasmine Rosales, Phoenix Lyon, Natalie and Donald Horecka Jr. He is predeceased by his two sons Danny and Michael Bartlett along with their mother Stella Mae Bartlett.
