Frances is survived by; daughter Nedra Myricks; son Harland Dean; daughter Vanessa Dean; daughter Adrienne Thomas; son Corey Dean; and son Kevin Boundurant.

A viewing for Frances will be held Monday, January 7, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Montecito Valley View Chapel, 3520 E. Washington Street, Colton, California. A chapel service will occur Monday, January 7, 2019 at 12:00 PM, 3520 E. Washington Street, Colton, California. An interment will occur Monday, January 7, 2019 at 1:30 PM at Montecito Memorial Park, 3520 E. Washington Street, Colton, California.
