It’s been ten years now .. I never said anything but a few weeks before you died we saw eachother at the library you were studying and you said “ If you even need help ,let me know”we sat and talked for close to 2 hours and then I left  .. I was only 13 back then . I think about you a lot , you are missed girly ... I still remember when I found out . It all felt surreal .. I had just talked to you face to face ... laughed with you . 

I still can't believe it that you gone Cordie i miss your smile and the way you made everything seem simple. i miss you alot and hope that you better up there in heaven. and you will always be in my life =)

I didn't know Cordie all that well, but I had the fortune to have shared two classes with her, went to freshman orientation with her, and also part of the SAIL program together. She was a sweet girl with an amazing spirit! She was a friend to all, and had no problem reaching out to everyone with a smile. Rest in Peace, Cordie! You are one of God's angels.

my dearest friend and mentor, I am deeply disturbed to hearths awful news. You had such a beautiful soul. Whenever I needed you you were there. We shared the same birthday and shared such a great bond. I will never forget who pulled me through to push me to be better. You believed in me when even I didn't. I love you Cordie. Cordie was one of my closest friends, and my confidante. I was lucky enough to know her since high school, go to college with her, and even become co-workers. She loved her job - she helped Freshmen get through that first tough year and also helped everyone around her - whether it was about their education or their personal lives. She was always there for her friends. She was a compassionate, intelligent, and beautiful person. There wasn't a day when she didn't make me laugh or greeted me with a smile on her face - she just had that energy that few people have. She was known and loved by many and her memory will continue to live on through all the people whose lives she touched. We all miss her.

I did not have the privilege of knowing this beautiful young lady but I do know her Uncle and through him, I can tell this young lady was well loved.  I am in prayer for the whole family and friends.

Its hard to express how I feel knowing you're not with us anymore. But I am so thankful for meeting such a wonderful person. I always wanted to have clinicals with you because you were so funny and so cheerful. Being around you was always an unforgettable moment. I will miss you so much and I hope you are at peace with God. We will be better nurses because of you and I will always think of you.

I have to admit that she gave a hand when I was alone in the same class. We took the same yoga class in school and she's always positive, outgoing and kind. She helped me to hang out with other friends and was a really cute girl that I ever met in States. I still can not believe she is gone. Even though we haven't talked after the summer class, I've always remembered her because she helped me a lot. Cordie, I cannot believe you are gone right now. You were so positive, cute, outgoing and generous girl. I will always remember you, thank you for giving me your kindness and your warmth. I will not forget the kindness that you gave me. I will always miss you.

Natasha was honestly the most sweetest beautiful person I know. Even though I wasn't one of her close friends, every time I seen her I felt like we were the best of friends, because she was always so bubbly and very welcoming when I seen her. I could see her from a long distance and I could still see her smile from far away. I don't understand why she had to leave us, but its because God needed her with him in heaven.

I was so shocked to hear that the unfortunate girl was you, Cordie. You were an amazing friend and mentor. I will never forget the advice you have given me for school and life. I found out today I got an A on my Micro test and I wanted to tell you because I knew you would be proud. You will be missed dearly, Cordie!

This is so hard to understand. I thought of you as a daughter and it hurts to say goodbye to you. You were always so special to me. I am so happy that I had the pleasure of knowing you and loving you.

Every Sunday I looked forward to her smile and pleasant words. Natasha will truly be missed. Dearest Cordie, how very sad to lose such a bright light.  

Last summer I was lucky enough to be Cordie's yoga teacher at Cal State.  I have thought of her often in these last few days because recently I came across the cute card she gave me at the end of summer school last summer.  There is a cute young girl in a ballerina costume striking a funny pose.  When she gave it to me I told her it reminded me of her cuz the kid shared her unique attitude.  Cordie was the one before class who got everyone playing group games while waiting for yoga  to start.  She was a large part of the great fun we had last summer in that class.

Her sweet special spirit will be greatly missed by all who knew her.  I offer my deepest condolances to her family and to her extended family of friends.  May God bless her and keep her.    Beth Lucas

Natasha was an amazing friend, there wasnt a class period or swim practice that wasn't filled with laughter over her actions or opinions.She had a way of just brightening your day up. I will deeply miss Natasha. I am so happy that I  had the opportunity to meet such an amazing woman.

Never would I guess that a week after we spoke she would be gone. My heart is truly broken and her family is in my prayers. only God knew it was her time to go. I truly believe that all her suffering is over and she is in a much better place.

Cordie was always smiling whenever I saw her. Our paths crossed frequently, as we were both PAES scholars. I will never forget her reaction when Dean Carlson announced his retirement to us in a meeting. She was a wonderful person. I wish I could have known her better. Cordie was a true ray of sunshine.
