Born in Jamaica, Queens on April 21, 1952, he was the son of the late John and Ethel Niebling Bolton. He was a graduate of East Meadow High School. He enlisted in the United States Army from August 31, 1970 discharged Aug. 22, 1973. Army reserves until June 11 1976
Bruce raised his son, Bruce David Bolton Jr., in Moreno Valley, CA while working for Martin Brothers Marcowall Inc.
Bruce loved spending time with his family, especially his grandson at Big Bear, Lake Tahoe, or anything Aiden wanted to do. Bruce loved joking around with family and friends. He and his brother John were two peas in a pod. He loved shopping and playing the lottery. Bruce was a generous man who would do anything to help family.
Bruce is predeceased by his parents, John and Ethel Bolton, his sister, Patricia Ann Kopp and his brother, John Edward Bolton Jr.
Surviving are his son, Bruce D Bolton Jr.(Karla); grandson, Aiden Keeku, Aiden’s mother, April Keeku; siblings Judith (Doug) Taber, Barbara Bolton; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial will be held on November 3, 2022 at 10:00am at Montecito Memorial Park, in Cypress Chapel 24145 Barton Rd, Loma Linda, CA
A private burial will be held at Pinelawn Cemetery, Farmingdale, NY.
