Alex I. Castro

July 31, 1936 - March 8, 2014

Of Highland, CA, a 52 year Pressman Supervisor at The Sun newspaper passed away on Saturday.

Alex is survived by his wife, Ann Castro (Annabell), father; Orval Castro, Sons; Kevin Castro and wife Venisa of Mentone and Lance Castro of Long Beach, step daughter; Joann Rutland and husband Rusty Rutland of Highland, step sons; Joe Garrett Jr. of Palacios, Texas and Seth Paris of Highland. Brother; Danny Castro and wife Judy of Yucaipa, sisters; Darlene Griego of Highland, Roxanne Fresquez and husband Andy of Lakewood, Pia Shook and husband Bill of Highland. 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Alex was preceeded in death by his mother; Lupe Casarez Castro, son; Dustin Castro and sister; Linda Williams. He will be miss by all those who loved him.

Viewing will be held Wed., March 12, 4-8 PM and funeral services, Thurs., March 13 at 1 PM. Both at Montecito Memorial Park, 3520 E. Washington St., Colton, 92324.
