Billy was born in Downey California to Bill and Jackie Spohn.
He was always very inquisitive and had many talents. He was in scouts with his brother, Larry. He went to school for Audo Cad and for the Culinary Arts.
He has done oil painting and has made Indian artifacts of peace pipes, knives, hatchets, walking sticks, bows and arrows. His real love was his bikes, building, painting, working on them and of course riding.
He really wanted to have a family of his own, which did not happen, but he helped his sister, Patricia finish raising her boys, Corey, Josh and Brent Macklin. He was the mechanic and treasurer for the Hornets.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Jacqueline (Blanchard) Spohn.
He leaves behind his father, William B. Spohn, sister, Patricia Macklin, brother, Larry Spohn, (Noelle), nephews, Corey (Toni) Macklin, Josh (Stacey) Macklin, Brent Macklin, Justin Spohn, neice Hope Spohn, great nephews, Andrew Macklin, Hunter Macklin, Ronan Macklin, great neice, River Macklin.
He was loved by so many people, which is evendent of the attendance here today.
