

He is survived by his wife Lina, children, Billy Manriquez, Patricia Mondragon, Nena Arguello, Richard Manriquez, eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. He wa preceded in death by his daughter Linda Winans.
He was born in El Paso, Texas and moved to Los Angeles, California where he grew up. He met his wife Lina in 1957 and they were married July 28, 1962. His job as a Plating Supervisor for Schlage Lock moved them to Colorado Springs, Colorado in 1978. He always made sure his family was provided for, attended his childrens sporting events, programs or activities they were involved in to show his support. He was well respected and many turned to him for his guidance and knowledge. He enjoyed sharing his stories from his early years, he was an avid bowler, golfer, loved listening to music and dancing. He dressed well with his stylish hats and shoes. He had a sweet tooth and dessert was his favorite! If he was impressed by something he'd say "Hey that's sharp!"
He was proud of all of his family, he was a loving and caring Husband, Dad, Grandpa, Uncle (Tio) and Friend, he's taught us all so much through out our lives and will be greatly missed!
