Tracey was born May 18th, 1968 in Chicago, IL to deceased parents, Lyndi and Martin Garin.
He was an active member of Vanguard Church.
Tracey is survived by his wife, Michelle Kirby and baby daughter Madison, 4 months; daughters Savanah Burnett, 19, & Sierra Burnett 15 of previous marriage; brother Beau Kelly.
