Dear Sierra, Joe, and Mia. Our hearts remain broken open for the loss of our precious, handsome, loving Tevin. It is still so unreal. My favorite memory is how Tevin brought me to love and taught me a lesson I have shared with many nurses along the way. 
As a premature baby he spent a few days in Memorial's NICU.  I was a NICU nurse there and took care of baby Tevin a couple times. He may have been small but he was mighty and went home soon.  I didn't know him or his family yet. A couple years later I met his Grandpa Paul. People called him Big Dog because he was a big guy. He loved holding and playing patty cake making Tevin laugh and ask for more. I fell in love with grandpa and Tevin and now the whole beautiful Diedrich family. The lesson Tevin taught me was this: As a nurse it is so important to treat every patient as if they are your own family. Because you never know, someday they just might be. 💖 I took care of my grandson before I knew he was my grandson. 
Miss you so much Tevin. You are forever in our hearts.

I think the last time I was able to spend time with Tev was when we had the anniversary party for Grandma Bev and Grandpa Lowell which makes me so sad to realize. I wish I had spent more time with him, but I cherish the memories we did have. Tevin always amazed me, whether it be watching him ride a bike like a pro at such a young age, or watching him be so kind and patient to Mia as a brother.  To my family grieving , I wish I could be there now to hug and love on everyone and celebrate his life with you.

Our hearts break for you. I remember when Marlie and I went out there to visit and we went out to dinner with you all. I’ll never forget Tevin’s great big smile and how sweet he was to Marlie. We hold you in our prayers.

I am so sorry for this unimaginable loss. I can not even find words  to express. 
 I will always remember Tevin riding his bike in "the woods" and his skateboard up at the park. 
I will always keep my last memory of him dear to me, driving towards your house and waiving so politely as he passed by with a smile on his face. 
He will be dearly missed. Thoughts and prayers are with you all.

What can possibly be said during this huge heartbreak?
Ben and I loved Tevin so much. We had so many moments with him that are so very special. 
Our favorites are from our gatherings at Powderhorn. Playing LCR, fishing, hiking, looking at the moon and having inside jokes. 
He was so sweet, thoughtful and funny. 
We are having a hard time knowing we wont see him again. 
We love your family so much and will always be here for you guys.

Words cannot express the loss I know you are all feeling…..the loss we are all feeling.  Tevin was one special “dude.”  I will never forget the first time I met Tevin….that day he taught me how eating asparagus effects the human body.  It has been a blessing, a privilege, and an honor to be part of his life.  I, along with your mom, have so many special memories of our times with Tevin…..we will cherish and hold on to them dearly.  Know you are all in my prayers….and we are here for you now and will continue to walk this difficult journey with you side by side.

My heart is just broken for all of you and everyone in our family. Tevin holds such a special place in my heart.  I have so many dear memories  - his love for building fires, going camping, chopping down trees, skiing, biking, motorcycles, boating, shooting, fishing, and he always liked dancing to "Footloose" when he would sleep over! So many activities we were able to enjoy and share with him.   I will forever treasure every moment in my heart! I love all of you so very much and I am lifting you up in prayer.  We are all blessed to have known him and share his life!

Dear Sierra, Joe and Mia, I am so sorry to hear of your loss.  Lowell and I remember our Great Grandson Tevin with such joy and gratitude for his life.  I especially recall the times when he created wonderful train tracks across our living room carpet with our Brio sets, and the times we spent doing art work together, especially when he made the Diorama in a shoe box with me.  He worked so hard planning it, painting it and making that wonderful clay Grizzly Bear.  I have photos, but do not know how to put them into this site.  I may bring them to his Memorial Service. I have no words to express my condolences for your loss. Tevin was such a huge part of our family and we treated him like we did Jeffrey. I will never forget all the memories we have with him. Tevin and Jeffrey were inseparable for so many years and we will forever treasure the times we had with him.  

Sierra and family, my heart aches for you and I send my deepest condolences .  Sierra, it has been many years since I moved, but I recall  when you used to do my hair and shared such dear and loving stories of Tevin, he must have been 4 or 5 at the time.  Sending love, light, and prayers.
