Stanley Koziol

Stanley J. Koziol, age 86, passed away April 9, 2011 at his home in Colorado Springs, CO. He was born on August 22, 1924 in Gorlice, Poland and was a long-time resident of Perth Amboy. Before retiring he worked as an Industrial Electrician at Phelps Dodge in Elizabeth.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Barbara; a son, Henry, daughter, Maria Koziol-Petkash; two grandsons, Kyle Koziol and Michael Petkash, all of Colorado Springs; and a brother, Frank, of Perth Amboy. He was also the father of Stanley M. Koziol who predeceased him in 1995.

A visitation is scheduled for Thursday from 7-9 pm at Novak Funeral Home, 419 Barclay Street, Perth Amboy. A funeral mass is planned for 10:00 a.m., Friday, April 15, 2011, at St. Stephen’s R.C. Church, 500 State St., Perth Amboy followed by burial at Our Lady of Czestochowa cemetery, Doylestown, PA.
